SLA Europe president - Sara Batts

SLA Europe are proud to announce that our 2011 President, Sara Batts, has been named one of SLA’s Rising Stars.
 
Our President Elect, Darron Chapman, says “I am delighted that Sara’s contribution to the information profession has been recognised with the Rising Star Award.
 
“Sara continues to be an active participant and promoter of SLA and other networking groups.  She regularly speaks at information related events talking about issues relevant to our changing profession.  Recently, Sara has presented at Internet Librarian 2010, Online 2010 and the SLA Leadership Summit in Washington DC.
