Our podcast producer Dennie Heye spoke to one of the keynote speakers at the Online Information 2011 conference in London: Jacob Morgan. He is a principal at Chess Media group, a blogger about social media and the author of the book “Twittfaced“.
In his presentation, Jacob provided highlights and lessons learned from a recent survey on enterprise 2.0: the way in which organisations adopt social / collaborative tools.
In this interview he explains why he prefers “collaborative organisations” instead of “social organisations”, how to overcome the biggest barrier with management and what the next steps are to help our organisations become more collaborative.
