In the second of two collaborations the CILIP Information Literacy Group and SLA Europe present a workshop to enable sharing of IL practice between professionals based in educational environments and those in the workplace.

This half-day event will feature information professionals working in corporate settings and within higher education. They will offer insight into the strategies, and practical techniques and approaches to Information Literacy support applied in their respective sectors. These presentations will be followed by facilitated activity which will encourage the generation of new ideas and discussion, helping you to invigorate your own IL practice by learning from those in your sector and outside of it.

This event will be of interest to information professionals working in education and corporate or workplace based settings.

The following areas of the CILIP PKSB will be targeted:

  1. Knowledge and Information Management

    2.7 Knowledge sharing and collaboration
