User experience (UX) is a new trend in the sector, and can help you to design or make changes to your library services. Find out how UX can help you gather feedback and evidence and where to start. This webinar will also introduce a few UX research techniques for every budget.

Who should attend?
Anyone who is seeking to improve their library and information service. Whilst the presenter works at an academic library, many of the ideas can be adopted and deployed in other sectors. In addition, the webinar may be of interest to someone considering a career in the thriving academic library sector who is curious to learn a bit more about it.

About our webinar speaker, Emilia Brzozowska-Szczecina
Emilia is working as a Senior Information Assistant (Academic Liaison) at the Library at Royal Holloway University in Egham, Surrey. She studied Polish with Anthropology at the University of Bialystok and Library and Information Science at the University of Warsaw.
