NLPN x SLA Europe: 8th February 2020 – Manchester

SLA Europe and NLPN are excited to bring you some great talks from a wide range range of speakers followed by some late afternoon networking. There is no cost to attend and the event is open to all. The event is generously sponsored by CB Resourcing.
The content of this event is based on your feedback from previous NLPN events and a recent Twitter poll.
The day will include the following interactive workshops and presentations, in addition to networking opportunities:
Natasha Howard providing an interactive session on literature searching and the health sector.
Katharine Schopflin providing a session on people management.
As part of the day, we are offering slots for 10 minute presentations, to those who want to gain experience of presenting. This has been a popular addition to NLPN events in the past and previous presentations have covered topics such as National Libraries Day activities, eBook accessibility, Open Access and behaviour management.
