Katharine’s talk will explore how knowledge and information management is implemented in organisations, problems you might encounter and practical advice on how to approach it.

About the speaker:
Katharine Schopflin is a London-based information professional with more than 20 years’ experience. She has worked in sectors ranging from media to government and in a range of information and knowledge management roles. She teaches regularly on MA LIS courses and has published in both trade and academic journals. She is the editor of A Handbook for Media Librarians and author of A Handbook for Corporate Information Professionals.
