SLA Europe: Exclusive tour of the British Library including the Alan Turing Institute

Discover more about the British Library and learn about the new Alan Turing Institute by joining our exclusive SLA Europe tour.
We’ll visit The King’s Library Collection which once belonged to George III, The Business & IP Centre and the Klencke Atlas, the second-largest atlas in the world and the Sir John Ritblat Gallery where over 200 of the Library’s most iconic treasures reside. We’ll also show you the new Alan Turing Institute and learn more about its important work in data science and artificial intelligence.
Afterwards, we’ll have the opportunity to to chat about what we’ve seen at a nearby pub. One drink is included in the price of the tour.
Our guides are the British Library’s Neil Infield and Seema Rampersad. Seema is also the 2020 SLA Europe President.
Early booking is recommended due to the cap on numbers.

Price: SLA members free. Non-members £10 including booking fee. Members and non-members are entitled to one free drink.
