As Information professionals, our commitment to the value of Service i.e. ‘responding to client need’ is in our DNA, but how often do you consider maintaining your own wellbeing as part of that duty of service?
Paying attention to our personal wellbeing is essential if we are to be successful in life, and for our clients to have their best experience of us. If we are to consistently deliver a professional, quality service, then we must give our own well-being priority before looking to help or lead others.
Resilience is the ability to thrive, personally and professionally, even during times of high pressure, change and adversity. During this webinar, Kim Horwood invites you to examine your own levels of resilience and identify what you can do to look after yourself and be better prepared for whatever life and work throw’s at you. Drawing from her own life experience and knowledge, Kim will share stories, insights, strategies and techniques for sustainable self- care and wellbeing.
