Dear Prospective Member

If you wish to apply for membership, please do so directly with the Washington office (SLA's headquarters) using a printable pdf membership form.

If you plan to pay by credit card you may also use an online form on the main SLA website. Please note that you will need to select "European Chapter" as your affiliate Chapter. Please ensure that you include your preferred email address.

Please let me know you have done so at membership@sla-europe.org

This way I can send you your Welcome packet, and keep you informed of SLA Europe activities ahead of the formal notification I receive from Washington that you have joined.
